General Terms
Send any reference you have when the commission is discussed. You may describe the subject or subjects if you do not have a reference.
Be specific when describing posing, colors, details or minor reworks. Anything that I have no visual reference for will come down to my interpretation.Do not request anything offensive.
I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time if you are disrespectful or act in ways that make me uncomfortable or otherwise unwilling to work on your commission. If this is the case, you will be refunded

Things I’m generally not okay associating with. Please do not commission me if your request falls under any of these categories.

(Anything to do with underage characters)

PoliticsI reserve the right to refuse a commission if the request makes me uncomfortable, even if the reason isn’t listed Here.

Payment
Payment is upfront.
I will only accept payment through Paypal and Cashapp. After we are finished discussing and planning the request. The full amount must be paid before I begin work on your commission.
I will provide rough sketches during the planning phase, they will precede the payment and I do not charge for them

Process
I will provide WIPs as I work, please be available to communicate as I may need to ask questions about your commission. Please inform me before I begin working if you cannot be frequently available to check in, as your commission will be put on hold until you are able to.
I will check in at least once before I begin the coloring phase and likely at least once before completion to show progress and share thoughts.
Completion of the piece will be within a week or sooner after commissioning date. This is subject to change if circumstances arise regarding complexity of the commission, work, college, or health/family complications. You will be notified ASAP if any such circumstance occurs.

Customer Satisfaction
It is my goal to make my customers happy with the work I do. However, once work is complete, I will only make slight alterations to the finished work.
Any major alterations made to the completed work (such as an outfit change, background change or anything that would require me to redraw something completely) will be a separate charge.

copyright and Usage Policy
As the artist, the drawing I create belongs to me, and I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to promote myself within any place or site. As the commissioner, you share rights to posting and distributing the work.
If you are not comfortable with me posting or displaying the work, please inform me at any point before completion of the work.
The commissioner is allowed to:
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise
Print the art, and claim the right of their character/characters, but not the art itself
Use the art to promote themselves, with proper credit given to the artistTHE FOLLOWING IS CONSIDERED COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENTReproducing or using the copyrighted work commercially
Taking credit for the creation of the copyrighted work
Removing any signatures or watermarks
Altering the copyrighted work without consent of the artist

Canceling/Refund Policy
I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist after the work is completed and services rendered.
The commissioner can cancel the commission as long as I have not started the coloring phase, and will be refunded for unrendered services (you will be partially refunded based on the amount of work I’ve completed).
